ACCOMMODATIONS

 
Are the accommodations heated? All our accommodations are heated, so it is possible to come in any season.

 
How do dry toilets work? It is enough to cover with chips (disposed in a bag next to the dry toilets) after your passage. They will be cleaned daily by the staff.

 
Where can you find sanitary facilities and showers when you are staying in Treehouses, Mongolian Yurt or camping? Sanitary facilities are at your disposal near your accommodation: You will find next to the swimming pool and the campground.

 
How high are the accommodations in the trees? They are between 6 and 8 meters high.

 
Are children allowed in treehouses? Of course ! The accesses are secured by protective nets and balustrades to allow access for children, for their greatest happiness.

 
How do we get to accommodation in the trees? Access is via secure staircases to the Houses in the Branches and Shacks in the Trees. Two Cabins in the Trees of 2 people have access by suspension bridge.

 
Are the trailers mobile? For safety reasons and to allow you to have all the comfort, our Trailers are fixed. However, if you wish to go hippo caravan accompanied by a qualified instructor, do not hesitate to contact us at 05.49.45.87.63 or by email: [email protected]

 
How are the accommodations equipped? All our accommodations (except the Cabanes in the Trees and the Mongolian Yurts) have an equipped kitchen as well as kitchen equipment. In the Treehouses and Mongolian Yurts you will find a microwave, a refrigerator, a senseo coffee machine and crockery for breakfast (no forks). The description of each accommodation is available on our website in the tab "Unusual stays"

 
Is linen and towels provided? Please note: the towels are provided by you (except for the Manors and the Castle where the linen is included in the rental price). You can also rent it at the reception for 5.50 € (2 towels). Please specify when booking.

Can I smoke in accommodation? For safety reasons, it is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. Designated smoking areas are available and marked with an "F" on the site map.

Can minors sleep alone in accommodation?

Only unaccompanied minors over 16 years of age with parental permission may stay in accommodation.

 
Is it possible to get a cot or a high chair? We can provide a baby cot and / or high chair (subject to availability) upon request at the time of booking.

 
At what time should the accommodation be vacated? You can enjoy your accommodation until 11:00, however the Domaine and its activities remain accessible after this time.

Is the campsite open all year round? The campsite is open all year except from early January to mid February. It is also closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in March and on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in September, October, November and December, excluding school holidays.

 
Is there Wifi in the accommodation? The Wifi is accessible at the reception and in the vicinity, at the level of the room of the Chars and at the Space Détente located near the swimming pools. You can activate it with the code given at the time of your arrival and noted on the Welcome chart.
