The price does not include
Breakfasts, served in a box in front of your accommodation (to be booked before arrival: 7.90 € / child up to 12 years old and 11.40 € / adult);
The tourist tax of 0.55 € / night (from 18 years);
Cleaning service (possibility to take a cleaning option at 50 €);
Leisure activities like horse riding ,sports activities…
Cancellation insurance covers you in 95% of cases.

Please note
Check in are from 09:00 to 19:00 and key collection is between 16:00 and 19:00.
For any arrival expected after 19:00, please let us know;
Check out take place between 09:00 and 11:00.
For any departure planned before 9:00, please let us know;
You can enjoy our activities from the morning (check in day) as well as after the check out;
Double beds are already made on arrival.
It’s forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation
